Pre-Event or Travel Consultation Session Duration: 60 minutes We’ll begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your occasion or trip details, style preferences, and vision. Whether it's for a wedding, gala, business event, or a vacation, we’ll work together to curate looks that reflect your personal style while matching the theme, location, and vibe of the event or destination. 2. Customized Lookbooks for Each Event/Day You’ll receive a personalized lookbook featuring complete outfits for your special occasion or travel itinerary. Each look will be carefully crafted to suit your destination, event, or activity—whether it’s a beach resort, city break, or formal dinner. You’ll have stylish options for every day of your trip or every event of your special occasion. 3. Wardrobe Coordination & Packing Assistance For travelers, I’ll assist you in selecting the perfect wardrobe that’s versatile, comfortable, and easy to pack. I’ll help you streamline your choices to ensure you have the right pieces for each day without overpacking. I’ll also offer tips on how to mix and match outfits to make the most of your wardrobe. 4. Special Occasion Styling For special events, I’ll provide detailed outfit planning for the occasion, including accessories, shoes, and beauty recommendations. Whether you need a show-stopping look for a wedding, a red-carpet gala outfit, or something elegant yet comfortable for a destination event, I’ll ensure your look is cohesive and on point. 5. Last-Minute Virtual Styling Support Need help with a last-minute styling decision or wardrobe emergency? You’ll receive up to 30 minutes of virtual styling support before your event or travel to ensure everything is perfect and stress-free. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit (if a payment plan is offered) before the session is scheduled. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee. Sessions can be rescheduled once; subsequent rescheduling may require a new booking. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, the time will be deducted from your total session time. Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals, and the full session fee will still apply. Refund Policy: Refunds are available only for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of the session to discuss a resolution. Package Sessions: For clients who purchase packages, all sessions must be used within the specified period (e.g., 4 or 6 months from the first session). Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited without a refund. Confidentiality: All client information and session content will be kept strictly confidential, ensuring a safe and private environment for your style and emotional journey.
